Scheduling Upgrades at RoamRig HQ
To schedule any upgrades at RoamRig HQ in Connecticut, get in touch to tell us which upgrade you want and when/where you’d like the installation to happen. We're happy to do multiple upgrades at the same time.
In your email, please also tell us which generation of Revel you have. We’ll reply to confirm the details before scheduling your upgrade – we want to make sure that you’re getting upgrades that you’ll love!
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. However, depending on availability, we usually cannot schedule upgrades to happen within a week or two of when you first reach out. The time it takes to complete your upgrades will vary based on your upgrades.
We also partner with installers across the country, making it easy for you to get your installs done close to home. Installations done by our partners take 3-5 days. Check out our dealer map for a list of partner locations.
Installation Pricing
Visit our pricing page to view the cost of upgrades that are installed at RoamRig. If you'll be working with one of our partner dealers, please note that labor and sales tax rates may vary and you should get a quote from them for the work.
Power & Plumbing Upgrades
Power Systems and Plumbing Upgrades can only be installed at RoamRig HQ or by one of our installation partners. These upgrades are not available as DIY kits.
Beatboxes and Accessories
Beatboxes, regulators and accessories can be purchased directly on our website and will ship from our headquarters in Connecticut. After checking out, you’ll receive an email with an order confirmation and then a second email with tracking information after your order has shipped.
