My water pump won't stop running and nothing works
Make sure the knob on the plumbing control panel is in the right position. When turning the knob, you should feel a little click then a slight movement into a position that feels relaxed. If the knob is mid-click, the pump will run to itself and nothing will work.
As with any van/RV water system, always turn off the water pump whenever it is not in use.
My water isn't getting hot enough (or is too hot)
You may need to adjust the hot/cold water ratio via the mixing valve, which is located under the bench seat. Do NOT force the mixing valve cap to turn. This can damage the mixing valve and affect your warranty.
First, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw on the top of the valve. Then you can pull the cap out and turn it to adjust:
- Counter-clockwise will make the water warmer
- Clockwise will make the water colder
