Litens Pulley – Checking the Dust Cap

After upgrading the pulley on your secondary alternator*, it is important to make sure that the correct dust cap has been properly installed. Here is where to find the secondary alternator and how to check the dust cap.

  • The cap should say "litens"
  • The cap should be inside the front edge of the pulley. 
  • If either of these identifiers is missing, then the pulley does not have the correct cap. Please email support@roamrig.com to let us know.
